Since Sunday I been taking a variety of vitamins. Usually I take B Complex vitamins and call it a day. I’ve been researching other vitamins and bought some from iherb.com I’m very familar with Maca Root since I have taken it in the past and it works great for menstral cramps, depositing fat into wanted areas (butt,hips,thighs, and breast) and building muscle. I’m also taking MSM, it’s basically like a hair,skin, and nails vitamin because you’ll see a result with at least one, if not all! The sulfur is what makes your hair grow. I only been taking MSM for a couple days and I already notice my nails have alot more strength to them!
